• Primarily responsible for the operational and executional tasks associated with the channels of Email and Push Notification.
• Responsible for data extraction and performance analysis of the respective channels. Proficiency in basic SQL is highly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML and basic CSS for development of static and interactive email templates and ensure that email templates are up to the standards for multiple devices. Basic knowledge of Excel preferred.
• Work closely with the design team for deliverables daily and ensure the communications and designs are up to relevant channel standards and error free. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
• Optimize channel segmentation and communication to personalize content
• Assist team in data, ad-hoc and change in auto journeys.
• Broadly responsible for coordinating with other CRM associates to align on the multi-channel strategy and maintain a coherent strategy in relation to other CRM engagement channels.
• Serve a supporting role in execution of operational tasks of other channels like WPN if required.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize & manage multiple projects

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Math/Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a similar field​
• Excellent reading skills (logic & critical thinking skills are a plus)
• Excellent communication and contingency skills
• Understanding of MS office
• Patience, integrity & curiosity
