Job Description

Main Responsibility:

Monitor operational issues regarding service merchant (especially in off-hours)
Monitor and give support for movie transactions strictly (especially in off–hours/ public holidays/peak times)
Co-ordinate with bank team for withdrawal issue

Description

Help to solve daily operational issues forwarded by the Customer Service Department.
Help to solve e-banking issues forwarded by L2 to the Merchant Support Team.
Forward merchant e-banking-related issues to the L2 team.
Provide any sort of information to the merchants as per their request received via email.
Provide any sort of information and data as per the requirement from different teams such as marketing, product, QR, operations, and so on.
Basic Support to new and existing merchants (queries handling, issue escalation, and listing, etc.
Being responsive in support team groups during own work hours.
