Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team, ensuring timely lead handling, proper follow-ups, accurate CRM records, and effective coordination with the sales and marketing teams. The role focuses on maintaining excellent customer service standards, monitoring team performance, and ensuring that all inbound leads are attended to promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Assign tasks, monitor performance, attendance, and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
Ensure all inbound leads are attended to promptly and accurately record in the CRM.
Monitor lead qualification, assignment, and timely follow-up.
Ensure no lead is left unattended.
Maintain high customer service standards and resolve escalated customer concerns.
Monitor follow-ups as per company standards.
Coordinate property visits between buyers and field agents.
Track visit outcomes and customer feedback.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and lead activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead management, follow-ups, site visits, team performance, and lead conversion.
Coordinate with Buyers, Agents, Sales and Marketing Team, and Listing Officers to ensure smooth lead management and customer service.
Support continuous improvement of customer service processes and CRM usage.
Handle customer escalations, ensure compliance with company policies, and perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, sales support, or CRM management.
Previous experience as a Senior CSR or Team Leader will be an advantage.
Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Good leadership and team coordination skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong reporting and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
