Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our growing mobile retail and e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, VAT billing, inventory tracking, and financial record-keeping while ensuring compliance with Nepal accounting and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue VAT bills in compliance with Nepal VAT laws
• Handle retail and online billing (cash, card, QR, and online payments)
• Maintain accurate sales, purchase, and expense records
• Perform regular bank reconciliation and cash matching
• Prepare, issue, and record Debit Notes and Credit Notes
• Record daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments
• Operate and maintain records using Tally accounting software
• Work with online billing systems and POS software
• Maintain inventory records (stock in, stock out, transfers, returns)
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure billing accuracy
• Assist in monthly VAT calculation, filing, and reporting
• Support basic financial reporting and audit requirements when needed
