Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are currently looking for a motivated candidate to join our team as a Junior Accountant. As a Junior Accountant, your main responsibility will be to assist our accounting team in managing and maintaining the financial records of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in preparation and analysis of financial statements
Recording and reconciling daily sales transactions
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes
Performing account reconciliations
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records
Assisting with audits and tax preparation
Collaborating with other departments to gather required financial information
Providing support to senior accountants and management as needed

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting software
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in retail or related industry is a plus
