We are a United Kingdom based accounting company and we do back office certain work from Nepal.

Responsibilities:

Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Liaise with internal colleague at all levels
Administrative work includes general filing and data entry when necessary
Receiving and recording vouchers, cash, and checks in software and excel file.
Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
Manage to schedule for company executive(s)
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
Work towards to the financial deadline
