Job Description

Operations: Managing operations of large fulfillment center having a significant employee workforce and handling inward/storage/dispatch operations
Candidate should be able to work closely with business teams in setting up and operationalizing warehouse operations from scratch and for day-to-day issue resolution
Stock Responsibility: Ensure FEFO (First Expiry First Out), arrange for stock from outstation warehouses, Cold rooms responsibility
Inventory Management and warehouse management at all levels Non-moving product push the sales & marketing team
Handling customer goods receiving status report and sharing same with warehouse team
Keep all records of challan, tax invoice, invoice sales return purchase and stock transfer bills
Oversee the entire warehousing operations of the Company
Communicating and coordinating with the Accounts/Finance team as and when required to update any records necessary
Ensure the work environment is safe, clean and secure at all times
Monitoring inventory levels at all times and ensure re-ordering is done in a timely manner.
Communicating and coordinating with the Sales Team and ensuring orders are dispatched in a timely manner as per Company guidelines.
