Job Description

Jr. Operations Manager are integral to Kaymu’s success. A strong drive, excellent communication skills and exceptional analytical skills are required to succeed in this position. You will:

Extensively coordinate the day-to- day operations between sellers/vendors and Kaymu
Manage vendor inventory and stock update on a regular basis
Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions
Maintain Kaymu’s proprietary vendor management systems
Take ownership to create positive vendor relationships
Liaison between Sales and Operations teams

Qualities we are looking for:

You need to be creative, flexible and have a start-up spirit. You enjoy challenges and are hungry to make a difference in Nepalese e-commerce
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in science, engineering or business disciplines
1-2 years of previous experience in sales, advertising or client relations
Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Very comfortable with Excel and numbers
Strong drive to learn and perform, let’s-get-it-done attitude
