Job Description

  • Legal Compliance at Office of Company Registrar (Registration, Documentation and Compliance)
  • Legal Compliance at Malpot Office.
  • Liase with different levels of government office such as municipalities, ministries, etc.
  • Keep track of the latest amendments and regulations in law
  • Keep track and maintain proper documentation of the all the legal documents of company
  • Prepare, examine, and analyze the legal documents for company and other affiliated companies.
  • Registration and compliance of Intellectual properties.
  • Support the Employer's other employees, agents, dealers in legal matters.
  • Frequent field visit for different types of legal actions
  • Organize, and maintain legal documents, including case files.
  • File legal documents, such as briefs, appeals, and exhibits, with the appropriate court, government agency, or opposing counse.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as filing, scheduling meetings, and organizing diaries.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and depositions with clients, witnesses, lawyers, and others.
  • Preapare Corresponence Letter and documents as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management.
