Legal and Compliance Officer

Infra Heaven Group of Holding Company Pvt. Ltd., a diversified business group with investments in hospitality, hydropower, and public companies, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure company-wide compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards
• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Handle regulatory filings and coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies
• Support IPO-related, SEBON compliance, and corporate restructuring matters
• Provide legal advisory to management across group companies
• Monitor and mitigate legal risks across business operations
• Maintain statutory records and ensure timely compliance reporting
• Handle litigation matters, including case follow-ups, coordination with external counsel, drafting legal pleadings, and representing the company before courts and authorities as required.
