Job Overview

E-Signature Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least one year of experience in HR. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who is eager to grow their career in HR within a fast-paced and innovative company.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding: 

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

Employee Records and Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee queries and provide HR-related support and guidance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate and manage training sessions and workshops.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and opportunities for employee development.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance review process by collecting and organizing performance data.
  • Assist in setting performance goals and tracking progress.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Prepare and submit regular HR reports and metrics to management.

General HR Support:

  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
