Job Description

  • Collect and prepare samples of raw materials, clinker, and cement for testing.
  • Conduct chemical and physical tests under the supervision of Senior Chemist.
  • Record, analyze, and report test results accurately.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory instruments (XRF, XRD, titration, sieves, etc.) as instructed.
  • Support in monitoring raw mix design, clinker quality, and cement strength tests.
  • Maintain laboratory documentation, test logs, and calibration records.
  • Follow quality standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in research, trials, and new product testing when required.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols in lab operations.
