Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to promote and sell ready-mix concrete and construction materials. The ideal candidate will develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell ready-mix concrete and construction materials.
Identify and develop new customers in the construction sector.
Maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, and project owners.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and payments.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in ready-mix concrete, cement, construction materials, or a related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of construction materials and concrete products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid driving license (preferred).
Ability to travel to project sites and customer locations.
