Junior accountant will be mainly responsible for verifying Sales, managing Petty cash, and booking stock purchase entries in the system.

Responsibilities:

• Verify all invoices and payment receipt for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies.
• Process/book sales, inventory purchase, and payment to suppliers in accounting system.
• Manage petty cash and credit card purchase.
• Prepare reconciliations for: Bank, Suppliers (in coordination with Procurement),
• Verify sales (cash and cards), and ensure deposit in bank.
• Create new items in the accounting system.
• Prepare vat computation for filing.
•  Assist with other admin & accounting work.
