About the job

Responsibilities:

• Regularly reconcile bank statements to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal financial transactions
• LC opening, Amending & releasing documents from bank
• LC Limit and utilization check regularly
• Ensure timely processing and release of Cash and NRB Margin in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Facilitate timely insurance openings and monitor expiration dates to maintain continuous coverage
• Monitor margin deposit activities and maintain accurate records
• Manage reconciliation processes for interest charges and margin deposits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and banks for financial transactions and inquiries

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Officer. Focus on banking and insurance transactions will be a plus point.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
