  • Maintain accurate records of job seeker interactions and progress, contributing to effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive approach to client support.
  • Conduct outreach activities to connect job seekers with relevant resources and opportunities in the job market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and job market dynamics to provide informed guidance to job seekers.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required to foster continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Perform work as assigned by the supervisor/HOD timely and effective manner, ensuring organizational goals are met.
