Strong knowledge of Javascript Framework (Angular JS and Ext JS)
Better if, Proficient in PHP/ JAVA/ .NET
Experienced in Enterprise software development
Experienced with MSSQL server, SQL and Relational Databases
Experienced in working with web services, RESTful apis and data formats like XML/JSON
Excellent Knowledge of programming principles (OOP, SOLID, Cohesion, Coupling, Encapsulation) and good concepts of design patterns including MVC, MVVM.
Ability to understand product vision and empathize with the client business; ability to plan resources and schedules; ability to negotiate tactfully with the client and team ;
Ability to supervise, delegate & empower team members; ability to persuade, motivate, inspire and mentor team members; ability to provide direct and candid feedback to team members on their performance,
Experienced in system deployment is preferred

We are looking for a self- driven Senior JavaScript Developer to work as TeamLeader to ensure a successful project execution.

Analyze, design, develop, deploy and maintain medium scale to large scale projects. Write modular, reusable and excellent quality code .And, ensure the same within the team
Make architectural decisions in collaboration with technology experts, ensure proper technical documentation
Mentor and share knowledge within the team and outside the team as well when necessary and help in the continuous growth of junior team members
Be involved in project risk analysis and mitigation, continuously review problems to determine the root cause in order to prevent them in the future
Ensure scalability, performance, reliability and security of the application
