About the job

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Spring MVC and Boot Developer to join our dynamic development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our web-based applications. A solid understanding of the Spring MVC and Boot frameworks, along with experience in Spring Security, socket programming, and third-party integrations, is essential. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating innovative software solutions and continuously improving their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional work experience

Skills

Design and develop web applications using Spring MVC and Boot frameworks
Implement socket programming for real-time data transfer between clients and servers
Integrate with third-party systems, APIs, and services
Implement security features and measures using Spring Security
Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely and quality delivery of software solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Troubleshoot and debug software issues
Stay up-to-date with new developments and technologies in software development

Requirements

Proven experience as a Spring MVC and Boot Developer
Knowledge of socket programming, third-party integration, and Spring Security
Strong Java programming skills
Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Project Accountability

Understand project requirements clearly
Generate queries in case of any confusion in understanding the project
Discuss any technical challenges that may arise during the project
Adhere to project delivery dates and understand communication channels
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code to develop a quality product on time
Conduct first-hand testing of project tasks before submitting them to the Project Manager/CTO
Strictly follow company coding standards
Verify the product with SRS

Team Coordination

Take ownership of the project from planning to delivery
Participate in peer programming and code reviews
Be approachable and flexible at work
