Roles and responsibilities of this job

Assisting IT department in ERP implementation and Database Management Process.
Installing and configuring computer software
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Research and identify solutions to software issues and solve the same
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Knowledge of Database Management System or application is a must
Should have adequate knowledge on ERP
Hands-on experience with Windows, Windows server, Microsoft SQL server
Good understanding of computer systems
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Should have two-wheeler and driving license
