3+ years experience in System Networking
Setup, monitor, and maintain local and production infrastructure utilizing a mixture of on premise and cloud systems
Create, configure, and maintain an enterprise environment of maximum security, reliability, and performance
Maintenance and periodic testing of disaster recovery solutions
Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within information technology and/or information systems as it relates to server administration
Understand, respect, and follow DolphinDive’s culture, policies, and procedures
Analytical and Excellent problem-solving skills
Well established verbal and written communication skills
Plan and accomplish goals
Perform a variety of tasks and will work under general supervision
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
Perform other duties as assigned

Technical Requirements:

Maintain Azure based systems and applications and Provide primary support for Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure Portals
Setup and maintenance of security certificates and protocols
Patching and upgrades of systems
Involve in the evaluation, recommendation, and execution of new technologies or updates to existing infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
Perform, monitor, and test system backups and recovery
Promotion of software to production environments including database update
Provide servicing, repair, and upgrades for all networks and computer hardware and software related technical issues
