Our Chitwan based company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Manager and IT Officer cum Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, ranging from corporate conferences and trade shows to social gatherings and promotional activities

Network Management:

Maintain and troubleshoot the company's computer networks, servers, and systems.
Ensure the security and integrity of data, applications, and systems.

Hardware and Software Support:

Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software-related issues.
Install, configure, and update computer systems and software.

IT Security:

Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.

Backup and Recovery:

Establish and maintain backup and recovery procedures to protect against data loss.
Conduct regular system backups and ensure data restoration capabilities.

Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing and effective designs for digital and print materials, including websites, social media, brochures, and presentations.
Collaborate with other teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure consistency in design elements and branding across all materials.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's visual identity.

Multimedia Content:

Develop engaging multimedia content, including infographics, videos, and animations.
Stay current with design trends and software to continually enhance creative output.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Proven experience as an IT Officer and Graphic Designer.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity best practices.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent creative and artistic abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
