Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern – IT to support our day-to-day technical operations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support, system maintenance, and digital operations within a professional organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in providing technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and office IT equipment
Help maintain and organize digital records, databases, and system files
Assist in troubleshooting basic IT issues and escalating complex problems when required
Support in managing email systems, internet connectivity, and user accounts
Assist in website updates or basic system support tasks (if applicable)
Help set up IT requirements for meetings, trainings, and events
Maintain basic documentation of IT issues, resolutions, and system updates
Perform other IT-related and administrative tasks as assigned

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Other Specification

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware, and networking concepts
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and common software applications
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and IT support processes
Understanding of the internet, email systems, and data management
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally
