Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) or (CSIT) degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, preferably in a related field
Strong knowledge of IT systems and processes
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of hardware, software, and network installation and maintenance
Familiarity with data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and departments
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Managing and maintaining all IT systems and infrastructure
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software related issues
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and networks
Assisting end-users with technical support and training
Managing data backup and disaster recovery procedures
Ensuring the security and privacy of company data
Conducting regular maintenance and updates on systems and software
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Identifying and implementing new technology solutions to support company objectives
Keeping up-to-date with the latest IT trends, developments, and best practices
