Job Skills 

  • Good Knowledge of computer hardware and networking
  • Good Knowledge of desktop and network troubleshooting
  • Good Knowledge of Router, switch, Access Point, Network devices etc
  • Good Knowledge of Email client application (MS Outlook, Windows Mail etc.)
  • Good Knowledge of Network Installation and Network Management
  • Good Knowledge of File Backup and Data recovery
  • Good Knowledge of Printer setup and sharing
  • Good Knowledge of Serer 2016

Job Description

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology
  • Possibly training more junior staff members
