We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an entry-level IT and networking role. This position offers a unique chance to develop your technical skills while contributing to a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, assisting with hardware, software, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Support and maintain office network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and internet connectivity.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, speed, and access-related issues.
Assist with firewall, network security, and access-control configurations under supervision.
Create, configure, and manage user accounts, email accounts, system access, and permissions.
Maintain IT asset records, including allocation, movement, handover, repair, and return of equipment.
Manage IT inventory, including computers, networking equipment, peripherals, cables, accessories, and spare parts.
Install and update operating systems, applications, antivirus software, drivers, and security updates.
Assist with data backup, system recovery, and basic disaster-recovery procedures.
Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure availability, stability, and security.
Provide basic technical support for email, printers, shared folders, internet, and other office applications.
Coordinate with internet service providers, IT vendors, and service providers for technical issues, installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Maintain records of IT equipment, software licenses, warranties, service agreements, and maintenance activities.
Assist with IT setup for new employees, including computers, accounts, email, network access, and other required equipment.
Assist with IT-related offboarding, including collection of equipment and removal or disabling of access.
Maintain IT documentation, network information, troubleshooting records, and support logs.
Follow company IT security policies and help ensure proper protection of company systems and data.
Assist in identifying IT and networking requirements and recommend improvements to the supervisor.
Perform other IT and networking duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and IT support principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with common operating systems and software applications.
