We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the school’s IT infrastructure and digital systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of all technical systems, provide timely technical support, and enhance the use of technology in teaching, learning, and administration. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient, secure, and technology-driven school environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the school’s IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, networks, and software systems.
Oversee and administer the school management system, ensuring accurate data management and smooth functionality.
Provide technical support to teachers, staff, and administration for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Monitor and maintain network security, data backups, and system updates to ensure data protection and system reliability.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and smart classroom tools.
Support the integration of technology in classrooms, including multimedia tools and digital learning platforms.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT services, maintenance, and procurement of equipment.
Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and system logs.
Train staff on basic IT systems, school software, and digital tools.
Ensure compliance with school policies and IT best practices.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT management, preferably in an educational institution.
Proficiency in school management systems, basic networking, and technical support.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond promptly to technical issues.
