We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and creative Pre-Primary / Primary Teacher to join our team at Mother’s Pride School Ravibhawan. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering the holistic development of young learners by creating a joyful, safe, and stimulating learning environment. The teacher will play a key role in shaping the early educational experiences of children, promoting their intellectual, social, emotional, and physical growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote holistic development, including literacy, numeracy, creativity, and social skills.
Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment where every child feels valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
Develop and implement curriculum aligned with educational standards and learning objectives.
Assess student progress through observations, informal and formal evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student learning and overall well-being.
Integrate technology and multimedia tools to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs, abilities, and interests of students.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and academic progress in line with school policies and professional standards.
Organize and participate in school activities, events, and co-curricular programs.
Foster positive behavior, discipline, and social development among students.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Primary Education.
Prior teaching experience in pre-primary / primary levels is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and child development.
Ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude toward young learners.
Basic proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes.
