Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience tackling various hardware and software problems. They should be comfortable providing technology solutions to employees and working closely with third party software companies to adopt new technologies and efficiently use existing ones. This candidate should have prior experience working with information technology and understand the latest technology trends to ensure the technology in place is up to date.

Responsibilities

ERP System Management (Odoo or similar)

Lead implementation, customization, and optimization of ERP systems.
Ensure seamless integration of business modules (sales, finance, inventory, etc.)
Manage upgrades, support, and user training for ERP platforms.
Monitor and improve ERP performance and automation of business processes.

IT Infrastructure & Network Management

Oversee company-wide IT infrastructure (servers, firewalls, VPN, networks,CCTV).
Ensure uptime, reliability, and data security.
Manage vendors for IT hardware/software procurement and AMC contracts.

Data Security

Implement regular data backups, disaster recovery plans, and access controls.
Monitor Email Security, cybersecurity risks and initiate preventive actions.

Software Development & System Integration

Supervise internal software/app development teams or external vendors.
Ensure smooth API integrations (e.g., payment gateways, CRM, webhooks, etc.)
Drive automation of operational workflows using digital solutions.

Website and App Management

Ensure performance, security, and regular updates of corporate website and mobile applications.
Support SEO, analytics, and user experience optimization.
Coordinate with digital marketing team on tech-related initiatives.

Compliance & Licensing

Ensure all software and systems comply with national and industry-specific regulations.
Manage licenses, renewals, IRD integrations.

Reporting & Communication

Provide regular reports to senior management on system performance, IT incidents, and ongoing projects.
