Should have minimum 3-4 years of work experience in related field.
Highly advanced analytical abilities with operational vision
Should have excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Willing to work on shift rotation basis and during Public holidays.
Should possess excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently.
Ability to work well in team
Working Knowledge in solutions expertise in verticals which includes Firewall, Load Balancer, WAN, LAN, WAN Optimizer, Internet Access Management, Cloud and Network Security.
Should possess technical implementation knowledge in following areas:

Direct the development, implementation and administration of all IT.
Should be able to supervise subordinates, coordinate software implementation and upgrades
Determine IT budget and equipment needs and ensure system security.
Preparation and management of operating and capital budgets.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.
Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements
Manage internal/external application upgrades.
Define and improve all system and network operations processes.
Negotiate contracts with manufacturers for all software, hardware and consulting services.
Create strategic goals and convert to easily implemented plans.
Documentation of IT systems, network, procedures.
