Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, Computer Engineering BSCIT, BIM, Engineering or equivalent. Certification on Networking & Coding skills is an advantage
Minimum 2 years in the relevant function
Good Knowledge of Networking that includes LAN, WAN, Routers, Switches and SD WAN
Good Knowledge of Mail and Office 365 tools
Familiar with ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Good Knowledge of Client / Server Operating System (Windows) , OS Images , OS installation
Knowledge of Android System

Job Description

Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software related problems
Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for end users
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with WAN, VLAN, firewall, VPN etc. systems
Log support calls and document their outcome to facilitate the resolution of common queries
Maximize Availability of all the server and minimize server downtime
Design & update corporate website; update intranet contents and graphics designing as per requirement
Android based Sales force automation system management, control and end user device troubleshooting
Management of IT assets as per company compliance
