We are seeking a competent and motivated IT Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems, be detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting digital learning environments in an educational institution.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Assist in the maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations across the school.
Support the operation and troubleshooting of digital learning platforms and educational tools used by staff and students.
Maintain up-to-date inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely troubleshooting or repair.
Ensure data backup, security protocols, and software updates are in place and properly managed.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in BSc IT, BCA, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, and networking technologies.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in an educational environment is a plus.
Ability to adapt to changing technologies and environments.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
