Internships are important to the hospitality industry as they offer a hands-on learning curve which, in turn, produces more effective employees. It also highlights skill sets and individual strengths, enabling interns to make an informed decision on which areas of specializations they want to pursue. Internships are important, both in terms of employability and creating future industry leaders.
At Hotel Shambala, we offer a range of internship programs across all the departments. The intern is required to understand the overall operations of the hotel while specializing in one or two areas.
The Business Administrative Intern will rotate and assist the Finance Department, Sales and Marketing Department and the Human Resource Department.
