Job Description

primarily responsible for the conducting internal audits for the entire companies of the Group
develop and conduct the internal audit program in order to provide good governance within group by ensuring all accounting and management systems have financial integrity, and are transparent and comply with Group’s policies and procedures
work closely with and will report to the Board
Perform the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
Determine internal audit scope and developing annual plans
Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts
