Job Description

Reports To
The incumbent shall report to the Head – Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Implement yearly financial and market audit plan for various business units under JGI.
Plan and oversee audits of JGI operations to assess controls, operational efficiencies and compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.
Maintain a comprehensive system for recording all audit plans, work papers, findings, reports and follow-up audits.
Assist management in the understanding and application of and adherence to internal control, risk management, compliance and governance policies.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of audit plans.
Investigate and report all alleged cases of fraud, waste and inefficiencies and make recommendations on appropriate preventive or remedial actions.
Perform analysis or conduct projects as instructed by the Head of Department.
