Founded in September 1995 with the aim of providing Internet and IT services by its present Chairman and Managing Director, Dileep Agrawal. WorldLink started off by providing store-and-forward e-mail services over a dial-up link to the Internet in the US. In March 1997, WorldLink started providing full Internet access over a dedicated leased-line to the Internet backbone in the US through Teleglobe International. From September 1999 till June 2008, WorldLink has been connecting to the Internet over a direct satellite uplink through its own VSAT terminal, thereby completely bypassing Nepal Telecommunications Corporation, the local PTT.

Job Description

  • Audit of entire accounting & logistics at branch level, head office level as well as other group companies
  • Based upon the audit complete the audit checklist for branches, for head office as well as for group companies
  • Prepare and communicate the audit report, along with recommendations, to the Gr CFO office
  • Audit of the operating effectiveness of financial policies, Procurement policies, HR policy etc, and monitor regular compliances
  • Audit of inventory consumption via oracle ERP
  • Proper guidance and share adequate knowledge/information to branch/HO account/logistic persons,  based upon the audit finding
  • Conduct training, if required, with new ideas in terms of financial management and audit compliances
  • Ensure timely communication of changes in laws and policies, as advised by Gr CFO Office, to all the stakeholders
