Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a competent and responsible Construction Overseas to join our internal team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling site operations, supervising daily construction activities, and ensuring smooth project execution within deadlines. The candidate must be disciplined, proactive, and able to perform effectively under pressure while coordinating with multiple site stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site
Interpret drawings, designs, and construction specifications accurately
Monitor project progress and report updates to management
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and site workers
Assist in work planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and maintain documentation
Monitor material usage, stock tracking, and site logistics
Handle site-level technical and operational issues
Support timely execution and completion of project milestones

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Diploma in Civil Engineering
1–3 years of experience in construction site supervision (preferred)
Freshers with strong technical understanding may also apply
Good knowledge of construction methods and drawing interpretation
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

Note: The candidate must have a valid two-wheeler license.
