Capital Construction is a leading construction and real estate company, dedicated to providing high-quality and innovative solutions to clients. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Interior Designer/ Supervisor to join our team. This is a mid-level position with potential for growth.

Responsibilities:

Design and supervise the interior construction of various projects including hotels, offices, and buildings.
Develop 3D designs and Sketchup models for interior spaces.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and workers to ensure design concepts are executed successfully.
Prepare bills and handle issues related to interior construction projects.
Manage and oversee the work of interior construction workers.
Travel and monitor on-site work in office, inside valley, and outside valley locations.
Provide creative and cost-effective solutions while adhering to project timelines and budget.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in interior design and incorporate them into project designs.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or relevant field.
Proven experience in interior designing and site supervision.
Proficiency in SketchUp, 3D design software, and construction drawings.
Strong understanding of hotel, office, and commercial interior design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage all project stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple project sites.
Knowledge of construction billing and documentation processes.
