Job Description

  • Developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per inquiry
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve sales quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the Information Technology industry
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects and upsell services
  • Recruit, manage, direct, and supervise the Sales Team in achieving the sales target

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales Management, Business Marketing, or similar disciplines
  • At least 4 years of previous experience in an IT service call center, IT company or other Tech fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good technical skills and strong knowledge about technological field will be highly preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Candidates with experience of interaction with clients from North America and Australia and/or those with good scores in IELTS, PTE tests shall be given priority
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability with strong listening and sales skills, and a knack to achieve targets
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills with exceptional customer service ability
