ROLE PURPOSE
The position holder will be responsible to monitor the implementation of the construction works supervised by his/her assigned Junior Technical Officer(s) and provide technical support to partner organization and contractors in the construction of community infrastructures: assessment, designing and execution, ensuring proper documentation, assisting on procurement process and ensuring the timely delivery of construction materials and ensure quality works in progress as per calendar of operation, and make required reporting to the office. S/he will ensure the quality of construction work is carried out as per agreed minimum standards & compliances and will be responsible to overall technical aspects.
