Role and Responsibilities

  • Installation, Configuration & Monitoring of WAN, LAN, WLAN networks, Access control, MSCG, Switches, Core router and Servers. Updating software’s of Server & Network equipment’s as required in coordination with region. 
  • Manage E-Print system & keep up-to date configuration of E- print server, installation of printer, provided guidelines to end user and better control for print access & monitoring for perform secure print platform. 
  • Plan & maintain of Internal & external installation of A/V systems along with wireless projections platforms
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of all systems and infrastructure availability. 
  • Take ownership of the Services, Incidents and Problems assigned to Infrastructure Services.
  • Providing lT help desk support, Network support, installation of organization's system applications, and upgrades of all applications and software.
  • Configure and Installation Huawei's system in laptop for newly hired staffs & provide basic training & guidance related to Huawei’s systems.
  • Maintain IT Equipment’s Inventory with proper record coordination with Asset management Team. 
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive documents, data and information ensuring prevention of all possible points of leakage. 
  • Advise and provide requirements to the Asset manager to purchase new IT equipment (laptop, printer, fax machine, projector and other equipment) and disposal of non-functional and overdue equipment 
  • Maintain & monitor of Meeting room Equipment’s & Security systems (CCTV/IP, Access control Management)
  • Coordinating with National/International suppliers for the intranet link (ISP) & IT equipment’s. 
  • Maintain & monitor UPS Power backup for Main SR/NR room as well for all other important IT equipment’s that shouldn’t have any interruption on business hours. 
  • Handle of Tickets & alarm notification as per escalations by HQ/ monitoring platform.
  • Need to communicate & perform IT tasks frequently as assigned by HQ & Regional offices.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years or above experience in relevant field
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of IT Equipment (software’s and Hardware, servers, Laptops, printers, CCTV/IP Camera, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Networking and IT equipment configuration
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Ability to address internal user requirements and ensure effective IT support.
  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting of system and network related issues.
  • Skills to manage IT assets & Inventory
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skills
