Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or equivalent years of related experience
Willing to work on shift rotation basis and during Public holidays
Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Nepali and Hindi.
Should possess excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently.
Ability to work well in team.

Knowledge in Windows and Linux Operating Systems
Knowledge in Hardware & Software Application
Minimum experience of a year in relevant field
Knowledge of Hardware devices and their spares parts
Knowledge of Printers (DMP / Laser / Ink-Jet /Scanner etc) and its basic trouble shooting
Knowledge of Network / network devices and basic trouble shooting of switches and managed cabling.
Basic knowledge of Electricity, UPS, Generator, Door Access, CCTV and Air conditioner.
Functional knowledge of all office application (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint etc.)
Maintain all the company hardware stocks
Maintain the systems required by the company.
Monitoring and maintaining ISP connectivity status and escalate to ISP in case of internet related issue
