Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an accomplished and well-connected tourism professional who deeply understands Nepal’s inbound travel industry and brings strong global partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing premium, tailor-made travel experiences and managing international client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage bespoke, luxury, and customized inbound travel itineraries across Nepal
Handle end-to-end inbound tourism operations independently
Maintain and expand relationships with international partners, agents, and clientele
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and logistics partners for seamless execution
Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with client expectations
Develop and grow B2B and B2C inbound travel business
Identify new market opportunities in global tourism sectors

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in Inbound Tourism
Must have established international affiliations and B2B/B2C client base
Proven expertise in designing luxury and tailor-made itineraries
Strong network with hotels, tour operators, and travel service providers in Nepal
Ability to independently manage complete inbound travel operations
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Deep understanding of global tourism trends and premium travel expectations
