Sales Planning and Implementation:

Develop strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market penetration.
Implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets.

Customer Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Address client inquiries promptly and provide personalized assistance throughout their journey.

Handling Inbound Packages:

Coordinate all aspects of inbound travel packages, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.
Ensure smooth execution of itineraries, adhering to high-quality standards and client preferences.

Supplier Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure service excellence.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Reporting:

Generate comprehensive reports on sales performance, client feedback, and operational metrics.
Utilize data insights to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

Handling Customer Complaints and Feedback:

Act as a point of contact for resolving customer complaints and feedback, striving to achieve swift and satisfactory resolutions.
Implement proactive measures to prevent recurrence and enhance overall customer experience.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in tourism management, hospitality, or a related field is required.
Previous experience in managing inbound tourism is essential.
Proficiency in sales planning and customer relations.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking software is preferred.
