Rupakot International Travels (P) Ltd is a privately owned company established in 2007 with a main aim to co-ordinate and operate highly managed tours in the Himalayan Paradise- Nepal. Along with we are an authorized agents of almost all major airlines operating from Nepal and Beyond. Located at easy access in the heart of Kathmandu at Gairidhara which is exactly the east part of Narayanhiti National Museum, we believe the guests as our God since our culture reflects the same.

  • Should have in depth knowledge or tourism industry
  • Able to create, market and sell tourism product
  • Swift correspondence with foreign travel agents 
  • Good relation with suppliers (hotels, vehicle, airlines, guides)
  • Willing to work beyond office hours
  • See the overall management of the organisation
  • Basic knowledge of industry legal procedures

Job Description

  • Develop new tour packages along with costing
  • Designing flexible tour packages to meet the needs of different clients
  • Exploring and identifying new business opportunities
  • Making sure all travel arrangements run according to plan and that accommodation, meals, and service are perfect
  • Liaising with hotels, travel arrangements, restaurants, and other clients
  • Ensuring that the tour is running smoothly for all members of the group
  • Answering guest queries and offering help with any problems that arise
  • Dealing with emergencies i.e. guest who is unwell or those needing to contact family members, etc
  • Reporting and maintaining records of trip
