It is a non-governmental national social justice organization established in 1982 and working locally in different provinces of Nepal. It is also a part of national and global social justice movements and other civil society networks, alliances, and coalitions. Shaped and driven by our values, vision, and mission, we work for transformative and structural social changes through people’s active agencies. We believe in human rights and embrace the Human Right Based Approach to fight against not only the symptoms but also the structural causes of poverty, injustice, and inequality. Discriminated, excluded, and exploited people – particularly women and girls – living in poverty and injustice, whose rights are denied or violated, are our primary stakeholders. AA Nepal is planning to develop various web-based in-house systems such as human resource information system, online database and Quarterly Performance Plan/Report system and procurement and inventory management system. The goal of developing these systems in-house is to maximize the customization of the internal process for every minor tech need of the Organisation. Hence, AA Nepal requests for “Call for Proposal” from established IT consulting firms for providing office-based System Development Consultancy services and human resource who will work closely with AA Nepal team to develop in-house systems.
Objectives:
The objective of bringing in an in-house System Development Consultant is to help AA Nepal in systematising as well as automating major internal processes and functions in a cloud-based system in order to simplify the works, more specifically:
Scope of Work:
The Consultant will review AA Nepal’s various policies and procedures; understands the work process and requirements of the Organisation; refer to the present internal system and processes for understanding its practicality and shortcomings; refer to the existing database maintained in cloud by AA Nepal.
