•  SME Enterprise development professionals with experience supporting Nepalese SME and/or others in neighboring countries in management, operations, productivity and competitiveness. Sectoral expertise in ICT. 
•  Business Enabling Environment professionals with experience in identifying, prioritising, and resolving policy bottlenecks that hinder the growth and competitiveness of businesses in the ICT sector. We are seeking both Nepalese and International experts. 

Position Summaries

Key Responsibilities Includes

•  Conduct in-depth assessments of the sector in Nepal. Analyze current trends, challenges, and opportunities within the ICT sector. Identify key players, stakeholders, and potential areas for intervention. 
•  Offer specialized knowledge and technical expertise related to the ICT sector. Advise on best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions within the sector. 
•  Evaluate existing policies, regulations, and frameworks governing the ICT sector. Provide recommendations for policy reforms and regulatory improvements. 
•  Monitor market dynamics, including competitor analysis, market trends, and consumer behavior. Identify market gaps and opportunities for innovation and growth. 
• Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and capacity-building programs for relevant stakeholders in the ICT sector. 
• Establish and maintain relationships with key industry players, government officials, associations, and other relevant stakeholders. Facilitate dialogues and collaborations to foster a conducive environment for sector development 

Qualifications

•  Advanced degree in the relevant field. 
•  Proven expertise in the ICT sector, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and challenges. 
•  Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate sector-specific insights into actionable interventions. 
•  Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
