Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking experienced and skilled Hydra and JCB Drivers to join our team at the Jeetpur factory. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to ensure smooth and safe operations on site. Candidates with prior experience of 3 to 5 years in operating Hydra and JCB vehicles in industrial or factory settings will be highly considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate Hydra and JCB machines for loading, unloading, and transport of materials within the factory premises.
Follow safety standards and company guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure timely and efficient material handling.
Report any machinery issues to the supervisor for further action.
Maintain accurate work records and logs related to machine usage, maintenance, and operations.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:School (SLC/ SEE)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Educational Qualification:

Minimum SLC/SEE or equivalent.

Certifications:

Valid driving license for operating Hydra and JCB machines.
Any relevant machinery operating certification is preferred.

Skills and Experience:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in operating Hydra or JCB machinery.
Previous experience in a factory or construction environment will be an added advantage.

Skills:

Strong understanding of machine operation, safety protocols, and maintenance.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Good communication skills, especially in interacting with factory supervisors and other staff members.

Personal Traits:

Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality.
Reliable and punctual, able to adhere to work schedules.
Flexible and open to taking on additional tasks when needed.
