We are seeking for dynamic and highly skilled HR Specialists to work with us for a global digital media agency from Nepal. This role offers an excellent opportunity with exceptional global exposure for motivated individuals with a genuine passion for people and processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a point of contact for employees’ queries throughout the entire employment lifecycle with support from the People team
- Maintain HRIS to ensure it is always up to date
- Manage queries/issues of people via ticking system (Jira)
- Manage the HR administration aspects of the onboarding and offboarding process
- Develop effective and efficient HR admin processes during high-growth periods
- Take and provide references for employees
- Coordinate the benefit administration
- Administration for family leave and similar requests
- Produce contract addendums and other paperwork
- Coordinate employee milestone events such as probationary period and performance reviews
- Support on payroll administration and collating the right documentation for all entities
- General maintenance for personnel files and ad hoc correspondence and administration
- Support on ad hoc projects and internal communications to the wider business
FOR SENIOR HR SPECIALIST
- Master’s Degree with specialization in HR Management (preferred) or specialization in similar courses
- At least 2 years of experience working in HR Management role
- Technically astute with HRIS systems and records management
- Candidates with experience in an IT company/digital media agency will be preferred
- Prior Experience in secretarial/executive assistant roles would be an advantage
- Proven experience of leading a team, ensuring optimal performance and development
- Ability to produce HR metrics and analyze data to find patterns and trends
- Contribute to policy research and development for People Team
FOR JUNIOR HR SPECIALIST
- Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in HR Management (preferred) or specialization in similar courses
- At least 6 months of experience working in a corporate environment in HR Management (preferred)
- Candidates with experience in an IT company/digital media agency will be preferred
- Prior Experience in secretarial/executive assistant roles would be an advantage
- Technically astute with the ability to learn the use of HRIS systems and records management
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong organization skills, detail oriented and passionate about people management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional command in written and spoken English
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner
- Driven and proactive, with ability to work autonomously as well as being a great team player
- Strong people skills and the ability to build relationships with the wider team as well as stakeholders
- Strategic thinker, organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Works comfortably in a deadline
- Consistently demonstrates / exercises good judgment and are a problem solver
- Good experience of tools such as G-suite (G-sheets), MS Office Apps and Jira
- Proficient in using Google Calendar for scheduling appointments and Google Meet for conducting virtual meetings.
