Role Overview:
AAIN is seeking competent, committed and result-oriented candidates for the position of Human Resource, Organisational Development & Safeguarding Manager (HROD&S). HROD&S Manager ensures the development, update, and implementation of human resources and safeguarding policies, procedures, and systems for AAIN which are aligned to the AAIN Country Strategic Plan; and ensures adherence to HR good practices of AAI Global HROD Framework and Standards, and compliance with all local labor laws and other statutory requirements in Nepal.
This position is a member of Senior Management team to participate in regular SMT meeting, and position either leads or significantly contributes to the organisational change management processes; provides Management support towards effective governance system; and advises Executive Director and Senior Management Team to maintain harmonious organisational culture where all people are respected equally and recognised on merit-basis.
S/he is also responsible to lead or contribute to the following approaches as per the requirements of ActionAid Nepal.
