Job Description:

Manage payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries.
Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Handle recruitment and staffing, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Demonstrate familiarity with Nepal’s Labor Act and Income Tax Act to ensure compliance.
Manage off boarding processes, ensuring a smooth exit for departing employees.
All other tasks assigned by the manager.

Job Specifications:

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s in Management or Business Administration
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources
Proficiency in working with HRIS systems
Strong organizational skills (essential)
Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
